Tricks and Treats

I love this time of the year, and not because it is an excuse to put out all of my quirky holiday decorations.

H's words, "Mom this is when all of your craziness comes out!"

Hey, I'll do anything for Z*umba!
The amazing chocolate with white chocolate mousse cake my neighbor made for me.
(Thank goodness for Z*umba right?!?!)

We traveled over the mountains to spend time with family and...
enjoy the beauty of fall.
Pumpkin carving party.

First time that the boys (cousins) got to carve pumpkins together.

While watching this, Aunt Kathy and I enjoyed visiting while drinking coffee and eating very salty (yummy!) pumpkin seeds.
The finished products!

We haven't seen Cassie for a few years, and it was quite cute that her and H were both purple witches.
"Seriously mom, Can we just start trick or treating?"
...and they are off!
Definitely the scariest house of the night!

A kid's definition of Halloween Success.
Doesn't matter the season...Annie always showing her loyalty!  In the last few months, she has really started to become H's sidekick!
