It's Beginning to Feel a lot like Christmas

It's amazing how a good night's sleep, a date with my husband and getting a handle on the shopping makes the Christmas season that much more enjoyable.  I love my job and the kids love school, but boy it sure is nice not having any school work at the moment.  Today was great!!  Kyle and I went out on a date.  We shopped for 2 hours and got it done. Kyle pretty much behaved himself.  At one point, he said, "I think I need to leave.  There are too many people in the store."  I said, "mmmm, interesting, I see like three."
  :-)  Believe it or not, he had a good time at the craft store with me!  I am being serious, he really did!!!  We are pretty much done except for the few odds and ends that I need to contend with by myself.  Well here are a few pictures from the last few days.

My Uncle made this for Kyle and me and gave it to us for a wedding gift.

I am not sure he had this in mind.  H plays with the nativity every year, and the other day I came downstairs and saw this.  Yeah, I laughed out loud!! 

She loves this time of the year!
